is our largest gite and has spacious, comfortable 3 bedroomed accommodation for five to six people

General description

Large L-shaped oak-beamed living room with feature tiled hearth and wood burning stove with two comfortable sofas and chair around a coffee table. There is a dining table with seating for six. A sideboard and a portable gas heater. A large French dresser along the end wall containg books and a wide range of glassware. An arch leads through to the spacious kitchen.

This is equipped with a dishwasher, big double sink, microwave, large fridge-freezer, gas oven with four burners, ample cupboard and drawer space and a kitchen table with two chairs.

A back door from the kitchen takes you to a private outdoor space and then to a patio area with table and chairs for six - perfect for sunny lunches outside or long summer evenings. There is also access to the communal gardens.
There is a downstairs WC with basin and cupboard containing the water heater.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and modern shower room. The bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single with another (full size) bed for a 6th person. They all have storage and hanging space for clothes, bedside lamps etc. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin, WC and bidet.

Altogether, Le Laurier is a substantial and comfortable gîte with its own private spaces and comfortable accommodation.
